Many organisations have developed an internal data warehouse to act as a repository for data that has been “collected” from source systems, such as CRM platforms, retail systems, and various online points. This can be an important step in establishing a Single Customer View (SCV), which drives marketing planning and communications. The warehouse is an important organisational asset to store and organise this data for internal business users to then access, and work with using a range of campaign management or BI applications.
Adroit has been involved for many years in connecting to, and helping on re-development of data warehouse solutions. The Kimball methodology for designing, developing and deploying data warehouse solutions differs from design and development approaches for conventional databases.
We are pleased to be able to offer this capability to a number of our clients, with the arrival of Sandip Mistry, our Data Warehousing Architect and expert. Sandip will work with our systems team on supporting clients wishing to redevelop or build new data warehouses, using the Microsoft SQL Server platform and associated BI stack, including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS.
Sandip is already helping one of our clients, design develop a new data warehouse to work with MS CRM Dynamics and other input sources.
