Nigel co-founded Adroit in June 2011. He has over 25 years’ experience in the data services industry, developing innovative approaches to systems, data management and insight thinking. In this time he has worked with many organisations to implement data and marketing strategies to maximise the return on their marketing investment.
Ross’s career has seen him delivering insight and analytics both client-side and agency-side with Adroit. With broad experience, Ross is an expert in delivering complex analysis projects, designing and implementing business intelligence solutions (such as FastStats) and also developing bespoke insight applications.
Mike has 25 years’ experience in developing and maintaining Single Customer Views, FastStats implementations and full marketing database solutions for charity and commercial clients. He has also helped to develop market-leading fast-counting tools, as well as full-blown internet-delivered marketing systems allowing clients to run their own email campaigns.
Nathan Shilton’s career has seen him working at a variety of mailing houses and agencies. With broad digital experience his knowledge spans the areas of deployment, best practice, campaign strategy and planning as well as consultancy in web/ digital analytics.
