FastStats Training and Support
Our rationale lies in improving client’s own ability to access data and undertake and interpret analysis themselves. We provide support, mentoring and training to do this, under-pinned by a team of data experts. Our trainers are accredited each year by Apteco.
We note that the end purpose of analysis and technical solutions is to impact decision making and marketing plans and strategy. Ensuring that information is interpreted in the correct way is one of our passions. We have seen too many instances of analysis being ignored or mis-interpreted. We have senior consultants who are very good at explaining these concepts, and speak on conferences and train in data analysis.
We seek to empower users through training, support, documentation and mentoring, including workshops. We provide documentation to support user components, e.g. FastStats or ADI applications. We run training and support to users (through a ZenDesk online ticketing application) and can arrange workshops and best practice to support the base of users and help the wider organisation realise value from the information.
The FastStats system is designed for less technical users to access and work with data. Reporting components can be automated to other non-FS users in the organisation and therefore the systems footprint can be much wider than the trained user base.
