Are legacy pledgers genuine?

Legacy Fundraising: Inside Knowledge Conference May 9th 2016

Are legacy pledgers genuine? This is the question that Adroit will be examining, when presenting analysis work on Capacity’s free wills service.  Adroit will contrast pledger behaviour in the cold and warm markets, exploring why some pledges fail while others turn out to be larger gifts than anticipated.  The analysis will be an update from the last conference held 3 years ago when looking at the profiles of people using the service and the levels of legacy giving achieved.

The conference aims to deepen legacy fundraisers’ collective knowledge about prospects’ behaviour and preferences, and includes sessions on how the over-55’s consume media, and solicitors view of how supporters decide to make charitable bequests.

Capacity works with over 1,000 law firms and has been providing the UK with a Free Wills service since 2005, generating over 30,000 legacy pledgers across both cold and warm markets. The Inside Knowledge Conference will be held in London on Monday 9th May, and the conference sessions will draw on experience and knowledge gained in both the UK and North American markets.

If you are a legacy fundraiser then the conference is for you. Contact Stephen Maund at Capacity on info@capacity-marketing.com for more details of how to book.
